Fresh out of college and you are looking for a new job. The first box to check in the search criteria may be the salary, but after a few minutes of thought, maybe the passion? Then now you have to choose between the salary or the passion.

Definitely the Salary

Many have asked the question and some go for the salary, here is why. Those who go for the salary tell you simply that passion cannot put food on the table. They also state that in order to do that which you love you need money, therefore get the money first and then you can work towards your passion. Furthermore, those who go for the salary state that that passion cannot help you to support your family.

On the other hand, the Passion?

There are those who do state that passion is important. Those with this view tell you simply that money cannot buy you happiness. You may have all the money in the world, but it means nothing if you are miserable. Additionally, they state that if you do what you love, money will follow you. All that you need do is to be patient.

So, is it the Salary or the Passion?

Well, at the end of the day you need to make the choice. Its either you live lavish with the great salary but horrible job or you just do what you love and make ends meet. No matter how hard things become, one end always finds its way to the other. Therefore, be it the salary or the passion, the choice is purely up to you. This is because, at the end of the day, the only person that you need to answer to is you and the only person who can make the choice is you.
